Twist Field Pen

The latest addition to Machine Era’s growing body of rugged EDC writing utensils, the stainless steel Field Pen has been CNC-machined in-house with a textured grip at Machine Era’s Richmond, Virginia headquarters, before being black DLC-coated and finished off with an orange-anodized aluminum twist button. The twist mechanism itself has also been precision-machined in Germany from steel and thermoplastic, while the pocket clip is a chrome-plated, DLC-coated steel item made in New England. For the Field Pen, the brand has opted to go with a 0.7mm Itoya Aquaroller ball-point gel ink cartridge, though it will accept any Parker size refill. At just 4.95” in length, this balanced 1.4oz pen continues Machine Era’s tradition of churning out premium, American-made additions to discerning EDC enthusiast’s daily loadout.
